ALL SALES POLICY

All sales are final. We do not offer refunds, cancellations, or order modifications once an order has been placed.

EXCHANGES

We currently only offer exchanges for eligible items.

* Exchange requests must be submitted within 15 days of the purchase date.
* Customers are responsible for a $10 exchange shipping fee, which covers both the return label and shipping of the replacement item.
* Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with tags attached.
* Sale items, discounted items, and promotional purchases are final sale and are not eligible for exchange.

SHIPPING

* We currently ship within the United States only.
* Orders typically process within 1–3 business days.
* Most orders ship within 24 hours.
* Business days are Monday–Friday.
* We ship through USPS.
* Most U.S. orders arrive within 1–10 business days after shipment (not including processing time).

SHIPPING LIABILITY

Once an order has shipped and a tracking number has been provided, Cotton Candy Skiez is no longer responsible for the package.

Cotton Candy Skiez is not responsible for:

* Lost or stolen packages
* Incorrect or incomplete shipping addresses entered at checkout
* Delivery delays caused by USPS
* Failed delivery attempts due to recipient absence or inaccessible delivery locations

If your tracking shows “Delivered,” please contact USPS directly regarding your package.

ADDRESS ACCURACY

Customers are responsible for ensuring all shipping information is entered correctly at checkout. An order confirmation email is automatically sent after every purchase.
